titleOfInvention | High corrosion resistance surface-treated steel sheet |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromium-free surface treated steel sheet capable of providing excellent corrosion resistance.
SOLUTION: The surface treated steel sheet having high corrosion resistance has a surface treated coating film and exhibits extremely excellent corrosion resistance after being worked. The surface treated coating film is formed by forming an organic, inorganic or organic-inorganic composite coating film on the surface of a galvanized steel sheet or the like as necessary and applying a surface treatment composition onto the upper layer of the coating film or the surface of the galvanized steel sheet and drying it, wherein the surface treatment composition is prepared by: compounding a specified crosslinking agent to a resin obtained by modifying a specified epoxy resin with a soft component and further reacting a hydrazine derivative having an active hydrogen; and further preferably compounding a non-chromium type preservation additive to the resin.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
