titleOfInvention | Vacuum insulation |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior container which constitutes a vacuum heat insulating material improving the effect on an ethylene/vinyl ester copolymer saponified film due to plasma etching, preventing the yellowing thereof and the formation of a weak interface layer and superior in its adhesion and gas barrier properties.
SOLUTION: In the vacuum heat insulating material constituted by filling the exterior container, which comprises a laminated material having a gas barrier layer, with a heat insulating core material and internally evacuating the exterior container under vacuum, the gas barrier layer is composed of a laminate constituted by successively laminating a first carbon-containing silicon oxide layer and a second carbon-containing silicon oxide layer due to a chemical vapor phase growing method on one side of the ethylene/vinyl ester copolymer saponified film with an ethylene content of 20-65 mol% and a saponification value of a vinyl ester component of 90 mol% or above.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
