abstract |
The present invention provides a method for producing a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent gas barrier properties, low temperature durability and fatigue resistance. (I) An acid anhydride-modified or epoxy-modified rubber (A) is melt-kneaded with an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin (B) to form an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin (B). A step of preparing a first resin composition in which an acid anhydride-modified or epoxy-modified rubber (A) is dispersed, and (II) crosslinking the crosslinkable elastomer (C) with the polyamide resin (D) while melt-kneading. A step of preparing a second resin composition in which crosslinked elastomer particles are dispersed in the polyamide resin (D), and (III) a step of melt-mixing the first resin composition and the second resin composition.
