abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an additive for a Bordeaux mixture simultaneously satisfying three requirements such as excellence in dispersion stability during preparation and long-term preservation, excellence in spreading stability just after spraying and after drying and excellence in visual confirmability of the deposit just after the spraying and the Bordaeux mixture comprising the additive. SOLUTION: This additive for the Bordeaux mixture comprises a polymer obtained by copolymerizing (a) an unsaturated monocarboxylic acid-alkoxy- polyalkylene glycol adduct monomer having 3.0-7.0 value of HLB with (b) a monomer which is an unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative in (1/1) to (1/9.5) molar ratio and having 5,000-80,000 molecular weight. |
