titleOfInvention | Contents inspection method for container-packed products |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a method for inspecting the contents of a bottled product as to comprise examining the presence/absence of microbes in the contents by culturing the microbes following mixing the contents with a medium, wherein, in mixing the contents with the medium, enabling a connector to be imparted with durability and ensuring the resulting mixed liquid not to get black even if the contents consist of a coffee or tea beverage.
SOLUTION: For mixing the contents with the medium, the connector 5 is put to heat sterilization by high-frequency induction heating with the connector 5 kept installed inside a heat-resistant cylinder 4, and then the respective inserted portions of the connector 5 are penetrated through the top plates of the corresponding caps and inserted into the respective receptacles 2 and 3. In such a case, as the connector 5 for making the receptacles 2 and 3 communicate with each other, a stainless steel connector 5 is used, and as a means for the high-frequency induction heating for heating the connector 5, copper blocks 18 and 19 are used so as to surround the outer circumference of the heat-resistant cylinder 4.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
