abstract | <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silsesquioxane containing amino group protected with triorganosilyl group and a method for producing a silsesquioxane containing amino group protected with triorganosilyl group. <P>SOLUTION: The silsesquioxane containing amino group protected with triorganosilyl group is expressed by general formula (1) (R<SP>1</SP>groups are each independently a 1-10C univalent hydrocarbon group; k is an integer of 1-10; m and n are each an integer of 0-14; and m+n is an integer of 8-14). The silsesquioxane containing amino group protected with triorganosilyl group and having a stable structure can be produced with a simple operation in high yield by the hydrolytic condensation of a trialkoxysilane having amino group protected with trialkylsilyl group in the presence of a solvent and a basic catalyst. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
