titleOfInvention | Electrolytic capacitor and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | An electrolytic capacitor (1) is produced by introducing a mixture containing precursors for the production of conducting polymers, oxidizing agents and optionally counter-ions into a porous electrode body of an electrode material coated with a dielectric and optionally further layers, to impregnate the porous electrode body with the mixture. - Production of an electrolytic capacitor involves introducing a mixture containing precursors for the production of conducting polymers, oxidizing agents and optionally counter-ions into a porous electrode body of an electrode material coated with a dielectric and optionally further layers, to impregnate the porous electrode body with the mixture; exposing the electrode body impregnated with the mixture to an atmospheric relative humidity of at least 70% and polymerizing the precursors to form a solid electrolyte, and the precursors are polymerized to form a solid electrolyte; and applying a solution or dispersion containing conducting polymer and/or binder to the porous electrode body and then drying. |
