The present invention provides a battery pack and a battery pack manufacturing method capable of suppressing coating failure and thereby suppressing deterioration of the characteristics of the battery pack. This battery pack is obtained by combining a battery 10, a circuit board 33, other components such as a PTC element 32, and a frame 30 and then obtaining the combined body with a viscosity of 80 mPa · s.
