abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition capable of preventing the corrosion of the reliability of an element from deteriorating a metal and an inorganic material to be adhered and increasing, adherable at low temperature for a short time and excellent in storage stability at room temperature to provide an adhesive composition for connecting circuits, and to provide a connected unit and a semiconductor device using it. SOLUTION: This adhesive composition comprises (a) an epoxy compound and (b) a compound capable of producing a functional group reactive with the epoxy compound by irradiation with light at 150-750 nm. The compound capable of producing the functional group reactive with the epoxy compound by irradiation with light at 150-750 nm is preferably a compound capable of producing the group reactive with the epoxy group, i.e., phenolic hydroxyl group, primary amino group or secondary amino group or mercapto group by irradiation with light. |
