titleOfInvention Electrode foil for solid electrolytic capacitor and manufacturing method thereof
abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode foil for a solid electrolytic capacitor capable of improving a capacity appearance rate by reducing ESR (equivalent series resistance), and a manufacturing method thereof.
SOLUTION: Since a metal nitride to be formed on the surface of a cathode foil is formed by a deposition method, the metal nitride is not formed on the side surface or the like of an etched concave portion of the surface of the cathode foil. As a result, although a conductive polymer directly contacts the cathode foil in this portion, since a chemical conversion film is previously formed on the surface of the cathode foil, adhesiveness between the cathode foil and the conductive polymer is improved, and ESR and tan δ is reduced. Accordingly, the solid electrolytic capacitor capable of improving the capacity appearance rate by reducing ESR, and a manufacturing method thereof can be provided.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
