titleOfInvention Method for producing pet food and pet food
abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a pet food that can be stored at room temperature for a long period of time despite having a high water content, has an appropriate elasticity, is excellent in texture, and is suitable for feeding to pets such as dogs and cats. A manufacturing method is provided. A method for producing a pet food is characterized in that raw chicken meat is dipped in a preservation solution containing at least vinegar, baking soda, and a powder of stone meteorite, which is a far-infrared emitting substance, and then dried. Due to the combined action of vinegar, baking soda and stone meteorite powder contained in the preservation solution, the manufactured pet food has a high moisture content in the raw chicken meat after the drying process. It can suppress quality degradation, has the original elasticity of raw chicken meat, and has reduced the pungent odor of vinegar, so pets such as dogs and cats prefer to eat. Moreover, since the preservation | save liquid does not contain the component which harms health, even if it eats, it will not harm health. [Selection figure] None
