titleOfInvention | Immunoassay and chip |
abstract | The present invention provides an immunoassay suitable for implementation on a chip. After obtaining the antigen-antibody complex in which the antigen 2 to be measured and the antibody 3 are bound in the reaction chamber 7, the antigen-antibody complex and the object to be measured are washed by using the sample solution 8 to wash the reaction chamber 7. The immunoassay method separates antibodies that are not bound to the antigen. According to the present invention, the signal reflecting the amount of the antigen to be measured was used without using the washing liquid represented by the Tris-HCl buffer, which does not contain the antigen to be measured such as protein, and the washing liquid was used. The reaction chamber can be cleaned to such an extent that it can be detected with comparable accuracy. This eliminates the need to supply the cleaning liquid from the outside of the chip or to hold it in advance on the chip, so that an immunological measurement method can be easily performed on the chip.
