titleOfInvention Particle structure that helps moisturize the skin and has antioxidant bioactive substances
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle structure having an antioxidant bioactive substance, which helps moisturize the skin. A first particle 11, at least one bioactive substance 14, and a first matrix 15 are provided. The first particle comprises a core 13 and at least one shell 12, the shell covering the outer surface of the core. A plurality of holes 16 are formed by the biologically active substance and the first particles, and the volume of these holes occupies 20% to 90% of the volume of the particle structure. The particle structure having the above-mentioned bioactive substance effectively accelerates the dissolution rate of the core and the bioactive substance. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
