A diffused reflection transmitting plate that forms an optical confusion structure, a plurality of light emitting diodes that are arranged on two opposite sides of the lower peripheral edge of the diffused reflecting transmitting plate and are light sources that emit high-intensity light, and a plurality of light emitting diodes that are arranged below the diffused reflecting transmitting plate and emit light. It includes a reflector made of an aluminum sheet or the like that reflects the light of the diode upward, a battery that can be loaded in the battery compartment in the housing 90, and a switch 15 that turns on and off the light source.
