abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preserved food capable of suitably preventing spoilage and deterioration over a long period of time. SOLUTION: Mineral ionized water having a pH of 11 or more and 14 or less containing at least an alkaline earth metal ion and a water-soluble component of an organism or a part of an organism's ash is attached to vegetables, fruits or seaweed. Then, microwaves are radiated for several seconds while keeping the temperature at 40° C. or lower and refrigerating and drying are performed, and the original shape of the vegetables, fruits or seaweeds to be treated is kept as it is, or the size is 2 cm.
