| abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat-integrated pillow capable of further improving the effect of correcting comfortable sleep or posture. A mat-integrated pillow 10 has a pillow 11 and a mat 15 integrally formed. The pillow 11 is formed with a convex portion 13 for supporting the user's neck when supine. In the pillow 11, a recess 12 is formed on the opposite side of the mat 15 with the protrusion 13 interposed therebetween. The mat 15 is formed with a raised portion 16c that is raised upward in the central vertical direction. Both side portions 16s of the raised portion 16c are lower than the raised portion 16c. The mat 15 has a substantially trapezoidal shape in which the width W2 on the front end side is narrower than the width W1 on the pillow side in a planar shape. The front end portion 17 of the mat 15 is inclined so that the height decreases toward the end. With these shapes, the effect of correcting comfortable sleep or posture in the mat-integrated pillow 10 can be improved. [Selection] Figure 1 |
