A predetermined molding cavity 20 is formed in the lower mold 12. The molding cavity 20 has a shape corresponding to the flexible foam. A polyurethane synthetic leather is fixed in the molding cavity 20. A polyurethane liquid filling the molding cavity 20 is filled into the molding cavity 20 of the mold 10, and the mold 10 is electrically heated to control the temperature to 30 to 40 ° C.
