titleOfInvention Upholstery products with lacquered spots
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality mirror surface lacquered decoration product with a high-quality feeling in a short period of time using a technology that applies a chemical paint that is easy to handle with a spray gun. By determining the ratio, it is possible to provide a decorative product that can improve weather resistance and easily realize a desired pattern pattern, color tone, and the like. An interior decoration product having a lacquer-like spotted pattern, in which a coating for pretreatment is applied to the upper surface of a substrate to form a coating on the bottom, and a weather-resistant acrylic tile coating is formed on the coating on the bottom. The first spotted uneven coating film is formed by applying to the spotted uneven pattern, and the second spotted pattern irregularity is applied by applying acrylic urethane paint on the first spotted pattern uneven coating. A coating film is formed, and the second patchy textured film is polished to form a lacquered spotted pattern. It is preferable that the second uneven textured coating film is composed of a plurality of layers composed of different color components. [Selection] Figure 1
