abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a water molecule refinement and circulation device that achieves improvement in refinement efficiency, sustained efficacy, prevention of dirt and removal of rust, cost reduction, and improvement in implementation convenience. A water tank, a motor, and a water hacker are included. Water is stored in the water tank, and the first pipe, the second pipe, the water supply pipe, and the drain pipe are connected around the water tank to transport the water. One end of the motor is connected to the water storage tank via the first pipe, sucks up water stored in the water storage tank, and exports the sucked water from the pipe connected to the other end of the motor. One end of the water hacker is connected to the motor via a pipe and the water exported from the motor is refined, and the other end of the water hacker is connected to a water storage tank via a second pipe and refined.
