titleOfInvention Food composition
abstract The present invention provides a food composition that allows easy intake of many lactic acid bacteria. A food composition contains a lactic acid bacterium-producing substance composed of killed bacteria of one or more lactic acid bacteria. If necessary, vitamin C, fruit, sweetener, fragrance, coloring agent, and the like may be added. This food composition can be produced, for example, in the form of a confectionery, a dietary supplement, a troche or the like. According to such a food composition, it is possible to easily ingest much more lactic acid bacteria than in the past. Moreover, since the action of leukocytes in the body is activated by ingesting this, the immunity can be dramatically improved. [Selection] Figure 1
