abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a solution for forming a titanium oxide film exhibiting a photocatalytic effect by applying or impregnating and drying various substrates arranged in a place where a light source such as ultraviolet rays is difficult to reach. SOLUTION: A titanium oxide gel is formed by mixing a solution synthesized by reacting a hydrogen peroxide solution with a hydrogen peroxide solution and a solution containing titanium oxide fine particles generated by heat-treating the solution to 80 ° C. or higher. A mixed solution of capsaicin microparticles, magnetite microparticles, tourmaline microparticles, and a silica solution is mixed with the resulting solution to synthesize an improved solution for forming a titanium oxide film. |
