| abstract | A radiation measuring apparatus including a measuring instrument and an output signal selection circuit used in an apparatus that performs high-speed pulse measurement is provided. Pattern selection circuits E1 to En select whether to enable or disable the output signals of the pattern matching circuits D1 to Dn. When the pattern valid signal from the one pattern group selection circuit G is valid, the pattern matching signal is effectively output. The one-input validity detection circuit F is composed of an OR circuit, and outputs a valid output signal Q from the output terminal b if any one of the input signals from the pattern selection circuits E1 to En is valid, and outputs the input signals P1 to Pn. A valid output signal Q is output when at least one of the valid signals is present. Only when all of the input signals P1 to Pn are not valid, the output signal Q is not valid and is not output. The pattern group selection circuit G selects a pattern group for matching signals, and selects a pattern group according to measurement conditions such as some of the simultaneous number patterns, some of the adjacent number conditions, and the like.
