| abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a polyolefin-based filamentary body at a side edge of a decorative ribbon or at a part of a woven yarn, thereby providing good water resistance and resilience and easily using cloth scissors or the like. Provided is a decorative ribbon which can be cut into a length, is freely deformable, and retains this state when bent, and is suitable for handicrafts, crafts, accessories and the like. SOLUTION: One or a plurality of flexible polyolefin-based filaments 3 having water resistance and resilience are aligned on a side edge 2 of a decorative ribbon 1 or a part of a woven yarn along a length direction. It is arranged so that it can be bent so as to be deformable in an indeterminate direction and can maintain its form in a bent state. In addition, a thermal bonding yarn made of a low melting point synthetic resin was used in combination with the above-mentioned polyolefin-based filament, and sliding of the filament was prevented by heat fusion.
