abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide an edible powder capsule that is configured so that Chinese tea leaves can be easily and continuously ingested, and that makes effective use of the health benefits of Chinese tea. SOLUTION: One kind selected from plants such as turmeric, lotus leaf, Tochu tea, Tanashika tea, Hang chrysanthemum tea, hawthorn tea, Osocha tea, and rice ginseng, which are additive-free and unrefined. The powder is encapsulated in a drinkable capsule to make it edible. In addition, the capsule is overheat sterilized by a sterilization method of spraying high-temperature steam, and then finely pulverized and filled into the capsule. Further, the powder is pulverized to a fineness of about 150 microns.
