abstract | (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food containing shrimp meat in which the raw raw shrimp flavor is sufficiently utilized to give a soft texture and which can be used as a so-called shrimp rice cracker. SOLUTION: In a shrimp meat-containing food product obtained by baking a dough containing shredded meat pieces 2, a binding portion 3 formed by melting and heat-solidifying a part of the shredded meat pieces 2 between the shredded meat pieces is formed. The shrimp meat base 10 is formed by interposing the shredded meat pieces 2 of the shrimp meat by the connecting portion 3, and further, the flour 6 is interposed in or around the meat base 10. |
