titleOfInvention | Dope of polymer material, microbeads made of polymer material and method for producing the beads |
abstract | Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide uniform silk protein microbeads having no variation in particle size. SOLUTION: When dissolving a silk protein, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the molecular weight of the silk protein due to the dissolution and prevent a decrease in the high molecular weight of the silk protein while breaking hydrogen bonds between the silk protein molecules. A first solvent such as dichloroacetic acid, and a second solvent such as methylene chloride, which is compatible with the first solvent and has a function of improving the solubility of the silk protein while suppressing a decrease in the molecular weight of the silk protein due to the dissolution treatment. A silk protein is dissolved in a mixed solvent comprising a component solvent and the mixing ratio of the first solvent and the second solvent is 50-95: 50-5 v / v% to prepare a dope. A silk protein microbead is prepared by dripping into a coagulation bath from a hole nozzle and coagulating. At this time, if a neutral salt such as sodium chloride is added to the dope and eluted after coagulation, the resulting beads become porous. |
