abstract | PURPOSE:To provide the subject preparation little in change with time, containing tocopherol succinate, vitamin B1 and ascorbic acid with at least one of them coated with a coating agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective vitamin preparation containing, as active ingredients, (A) tocopherol succinate or a salt thereof, (B) a vitamin B1 or salt thereof, and (C) ascorbic acid or salt thereof, with at least one of the components coated with a coating agent (e.g. hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose). The contents of the components A, B and C in the final preparation are 0.1 l-80wt.%, 0.01-85wt.%, and 0.1-95wt.%, respectively. The amounts of the components B and C are 0.001-100 pts.wt. and 0.001-1000 pts.wt. per pt.wt. of the component A, respectively. The amount of the coating agent to be used is 0.1-300wt.% based on the component A, B, or C. |
