abstract |
A system for controlled aseptic plant growth, comprising a plant board including an aperture sized and shaped to accommodate a plant stem and a cover to maintain sterility therein. A cover sized and shaped to enclose and seal the top side of the plant board, an air outlet located at the top of the cover, and a casing covering the bottom of the plant board to maintain sterility therein. An air inlet having a casing sized and shaped to enclose and seal and an upwardly facing opening located above the plant board and designed to provide laminar airflow to the interior of the cover. and a channel, wherein the aperture is sized and shaped to provide air flow from the cover to the casing when housing the plant stem. |
