The present invention binds extracellular epitopes of human and macaque CD3 epsilon chains with first and second domains that respectively bind to either CS1, BCMA, CD20, CD22, FLT3, CD123, CLL1, MSLN, CDH3 or EpCAM. A bispecific antigen binding molecule is provided characterized by comprising a third domain and, optionally, a fourth domain that is Fc-style. Furthermore, the present invention provides polynucleotides encoding this antigen-binding molecule, vectors containing this polynucleotide, host cells expressing this construct, and pharmaceutical compositions containing the same. |
