abstract | The present invention discloses a hexaarylbisimidazole photoinitiator in which the molar ratio of redshift substituents at all substitutable sites is 6-16%. When this photoinitiator is used in a photosensitive resin composition, it has appropriate photosensitivity, good solubility, excellent resolution and developability, no inverted trapezoidal shape during development, and good hydrophilicity. However, the amount of sludge in the developing solution during cyclic use can be significantly reduced, and the developing solution can be used multiple times and effectively used. The present invention further provides a photosensitive resin composition comprising the photoinitiator described above, and the use of this composition. [Selection diagram] None |
