titleOfInvention | Use of mesenchymal stem cell sheets to prevent uterine scar formation |
abstract | The present disclosure is a method of reducing the formation of fibrous tissue in the subject's uterus in need thereof, comprising applying a mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) sheet to said subject's uterus, said MSC sheet. Contains one or more layers of aggregated confluent mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), and by applying the MSC sheet to the uterus, fibrous tissue in the uterus compared to the uterus to which the MSC sheet is not applied. Provides a method of reducing the formation of uterus. The present disclosure also comprises a method of increasing myometrium regeneration in a subject's uterus in need thereof, comprising applying a mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) sheet to said subject's uterus, said MSC sheet. Contains one or more layers of aggregated confluent mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), and application of the MSC sheet to the uterus increases myometrium regeneration compared to the uterus to which the MSC sheet is not applied. Provide a way to do it. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
