abstract |
The present invention relates to the production of transduced particles such as phage, as well as compositions containing the particles, and their use. Particles are particularly useful for delivering toxic payloads to target bacteria due to their antibacterial activity. The present invention is also useful for the production of wild-type ("natural") phage and phage cocktails containing various types of phage. Embodiments enable the production of compositions of such particles for use in medical, environmental, or food production settings. [Selection diagram] None |
