titleOfInvention Microfluidic valves, systems, and related methods
abstract The disclosed microfluidic valve has at least one cavity in it, a valve body, a gate transfer element that separates the cavity into an input gate terminal and an output gate terminal, and a drive fluid in the input gate terminal. Can include a gate port configured to carry and a fluid channel. The gate transfer element may include a flexible membrane and a plunger attached to the flexible membrane. The gate transfer element is a target from the inlet port to the outlet port to suppress the flow of the fluid channel of interest from the inlet port to the outlet port during pressurization of the input gate terminal and during decompression of the input gate terminal. It may be configured to move within the cavity to allow fluid flow. Various other related systems and methods are also disclosed. [Selection Diagram] FIGS. 40 and 41.
