The present invention relates to a molybdenum dinuclear complex with a ligand selected from the aliphatic tertiary amines of the formula (I): RN [(CH2) nR2] [(CH2) nR3], wherein R is used in the formula. Represents a linear or branched alkyl containing 3 to 30 carbon atoms, preferably 3 to 20, preferably 7 to 17 carbon atoms, where n being the same or different is 2 or 3. Representing the same or different R2 and R3 represent O, OR, NR'2, COOR'or COO groups, where the same or different R'represents a hydrogen atom or an alkali metal or alkaline soil.
