abstract The embodiments of the present application provide an intra prediction method and device, as well as a computer storage medium, wherein the method sets an actual angle mode indicated by a relative angle number, and the relative angle number has a predetermined width-height relationship. Within the corresponding prediction direction range, the corresponding actual angle mode after sampling at a predetermined angle sampling point is shown in order from the start angle, and the start angle is the relationship between the width and height of the processing block and the predetermined width. Determined by the predicted direction range corresponding to the height relationship, the actual angle includes one-to-one correspondence to the actual angle mode.
