abstract |
A platform for transcriptome deconvolution of gene expression data is provided, which platform can be used to evaluate metastatic cancer samples. Deconvolution is performed using unsupervised clustering techniques such as membership grade. This allows samples to be assigned to multiple clusters during the training process. The result is a deconvolution gene expression model that is used to accurately assess the transfer of subsequent samples. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
