abstract Provided are devices, systems and methods for tightening subcutaneous tissue by coagulation of soft tissue and for use in cosmetic surgery applications. The devices, systems and methods of the present disclosure can be used to apply helium-based cold plasma energy minimally invasively to the subcutaneous tissue for the purpose of tightening loose tissue. In various aspects of the disclosure, each provides a distal tip for use with an electrosurgical device, each containing at least one port for applying plasma to the patient's tissue.
