The present disclosure provides an anti-TIM-3 antibody, a method for producing a hybridoma, a nucleic acid molecule encoding the anti-TIM-3 antibody, an expression vector and a host cell used for the expression of the anti-TIM-3 antibody. The present disclosure further provides a method for verifying the function of an antibody in vitro and a method for verifying the effect of the antibody in vivo. The antibodies of the present disclosure provide highly potent agents for treating cancer through altering immune function. |
