Contact lenses with sensor areas are described. Contact lenses allow for normal vision, and a concentric ring around the lens visual area contains one or more sensors for detecting changes in intraocular pressure in the eye. The data can be scanned using a camera or, in some embodiments, the data can be transmitted using a microantenna within the sensing area. The data can be analyzed using software applications on mobile phones or other computing devices. |
