Recombinant porcine parvoviral antigen protein and its uses |
abstract |
The present invention was obtained from a recombinant expression vector containing a gene encoding a porcine parvoviral VP2 protein, a recombinant plant or recombinant insect cell transformed with the vector, the recombinant plant or recombinant insect cell. Provided are a vaccine composition against porcine parvoviral virus containing porcine parvoviral VP2 protein and a composition for diagnosing porcine parvoviral virus. When the recombinant plant or recombinant insect cell of the present invention is used, porcine parvoviral antigen protein can be produced with high efficiency, and the method for producing porcine parvoviral antigen protein using the recombinant plant or recombinant insect cell can be used. It exhibits excellent safety and stability as compared with other antigen production methods. The composition for diagnosing porcine parvoviral virus of the present invention is safe because it uses a recombinant antigen protein and is not contaminated by handling live virus, and can quickly infect porcine parvoviral virus from a large amount of sample. The presence or absence can be diagnosed. |
