The present invention relates to a modified conjugated diene-based polymer having high linearity and improved compounding properties. The modified conjugated diene polymer according to the present invention contains a specific range of phosphorus, sulfur, and chlorine to regulate the degree of branching, and thus exhibits excellent tensile strength and viscoelasticity when applied to rubber compositions. However, the workability can be greatly improved. |
