abstract The present invention relates to a biosensor for measuring continuous blood glucose, and more specifically, to regulate the flow of blood glucose flowing into the body at the time of transplantation to detect and quantify blood glucose with high sensitivity and continuously. The present invention relates to a biosensor capable of being used, and a continuous blood glucose measuring device and method using the biosensor. When a polymer blend composition containing a hydrophilic polymer and a hydrophobic polymer according to the present invention, a diffusion control membrane comprising the same, and a biosensor for continuous blood glucose measurement containing the same are used, the excess blood glucose is contained in the sensor. It has the advantage of controlling the inflow due to the increase in the diffusion rate of the sensor, which enables the manufacture of a sensor having excellent accuracy and durability.
