titleOfInvention | Humanized antibody against c-Kit |
abstract | The present invention provides antibodies that specifically bind to c-Kit and methods of using such antibodies in stem cell replacement and cancer treatment. In the present invention, the mature heavy chain variable regions of SEQ ID NOs: 2-4, respectively, including CDRs H1, H2 and H3 defined by Kabat, and the CDRs L1, L2 and of SEQ ID NOs: 6-8, respectively, defined by Kabat. It contains a mature light chain variable region containing L3, provided that the positions are numbered according to Kabat, from N to A at position 60 of the heavy chain, from K to Q at position 64 of the heavy chain, and from N to Q at position 30 of the heavy chain. Provided is an antibody that specifically binds to human c-Kit, in which substitutions of one, two or three CDR residues are present. |
