The present disclosure provides a modified recombinant retrovirus comprising a transgene encoding a protein with a heterologous secretory signal containing a 2A-peptide or peptide-like coding sequence operably linked to a heterologous polynucleotide. The present disclosure further relates to cells and vectors expressing or containing such vectors, as well as methods of using such modified vectors in the treatment of diseases and disorders. The present disclosure is a polypeptide subunit of both an immunoglobulin (Ig) scaffold protein and a non-immunoglobulin (non-Ig) scaffold protein, each of which has an antigen-binding domain and a multimerization domain, eg, a dimer. Further described are polypeptide subunits, including fusion polypeptides of isomers, trimmers and pentamers domains with IgG Fc domains capable of forming stable homo and dimeric proteins, if desired. do. |
