abstract |
The present invention relates to a polyimide precursor composition and a polyimide film produced by using the polyimide precursor composition. According to the present invention, this polyimide film is produced by producing a polyimide film from a mixture of a polyimide precursor having a structure advantageous for surface charge accumulation and a polyimide precursor having a structure capable of exhibiting high heat resistance characteristics. A flexible device using the above as a substrate not only improves the charge storage characteristics due to the electric field generated when the TFT element is driven, but also improves the high heat resistance characteristics at the same time. |
