titleOfInvention Anti-drug antibody measurement method
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for measuring an anti-drug antibody that is simpler and less expensive than conventional methods. Kind Code: A1 A dual antigen cross-linking immunoassay method using a capture nucleic acid and a tracer nucleic acid is provided. By using a capture nucleic acid and a tracer nucleic acid in a double-antigen cross-linking immunoassay method, anti-drug antibody can be measured easily and inexpensively. Moreover, by using a tracer nucleic acid, it becomes possible to employ a highly sensitive detection method using nucleic acids. [Selection drawing] Fig. 1-4
