abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide inorganic oxide hollow particles having a lower dielectric constant than conventional ones. SOLUTION: A cavity covered with an outer shell has a plurality of independent spaces separated by one or more partition walls, and contains 10% by mass or more and 40% by mass or less of boron oxide and 5% by mass or less of Group 1 oxide. An inorganic oxide hollow particle comprising an inorganic oxide containing an element oxide, 5% by mass or more and 50% by mass or less of calcium oxide, and less than 14% by mass of aluminum oxide.
