titleOfInvention | Method for stabilizing leuco dye |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a stable leuco dye-containing reagent that suppresses non-specific color development of the leuco dye over time. SOLUTION: A method for suppressing a non-specific coloring reaction of a leuco dye is provided, which comprises allowing a chelating agent to coexist in a reagent containing the leuco dye. The method for suppressing non-specific coloring reaction of the present invention is a leuco dye accelerated by a component capable of generating at least one metal ion selected from the group consisting of calcium ions, manganese ions, iron ions and copper ions. It is effective in suppressing non-specific color development. [Selection figure] None |
