titleOfInvention | Oxidizing agent-containing emulsion composition |
abstract | Kind Code: A1 The present invention provides an oxidizing agent-containing emulsified composition having good long-term stability of hydrogen peroxide under high temperature conditions and good long-term emulsification stability under high temperature conditions. [Solution] An oxidizing agent-containing emulsified composition to be used by being mixed with a composition containing at least an alkaline agent before use, comprising (A) a chelating agent, (B) phenoxyethanol, and (C) an HLB of less than 15. a nonionic surfactant, (D) a nonionic surfactant with an HLB of 15 or greater, (E) water, (F) a hydrocarbon oil and (G) a higher alcohol having 14 to 22 carbon atoms and the mass ratio (A)/(B) between the component (A) and the component (B) is 0.25 to 200, and the component (F) and the components (C) and (D) An oxidizing agent-containing emulsified composition characterized by having a mass ratio (F)/((C)+(D)) of 0.04 to 7.69.
