titleOfInvention | Method for evaluating blood-derived component and kit for evaluating blood-derived component |
abstract | Kind Code: A1 In conventional tests using blood, serum or plasma is used by centrifuging the blood or the like. However, in the serum-only test, although the test is performed by collecting biological samples, there are limits to the items that can be tested, such as only evaluation of liquid components that are likely to be contained in serum. If blood can be further utilized, it is thought that biological information can be obtained more efficiently. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention provides a new blood component evaluation method and the like that can be used to identify proteins contained in blood. The method includes a separation step of centrifuging a blood sample to separate and collect clots from the sediment, and a mixing step of preparing a mixed solution in which the clot and a cell lysate are mixed. and a blood-derived component evaluation method for evaluating the mixed solution.
